If not, re-boot and press the F10 key repeatedly - BEFORE Windows loads. The problem was with my display adapter. My only options are: Do Nothing, Hibernate, Shut Down and Turn Off The Display.
Your GPU driver is not installed. Run windows update and it should automatically install the GPU driver you need. I get error code 0x80070003 when I try to Update.
